Shipping policy

Please allow up to 14 days from the date of purchase for your order to be delivered. While most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, delivery times may vary during high-volume periods, launches, or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, Uncut Swim is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Due to the nature of swimwear and for hygiene purposes, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If an accessory arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear time-stamped photos showing the condition of the item upon arrival. Once reviewed and approved, a replacement item will be re-shipped if applicable.
